Excellent Impact Resistance: High-density EPS foam possesses extremely high hardness and strength, effectively absorbing and dispersing impact energy, reducing head injury. Compared to low-density foam, its cushioning effect is more significant at higher densities, providing a harder protective layer.
Lightweight Design: Due to the high strength of EPS foam, the liner itself is extremely lightweight. Even with a full-face helmet, it maintains a lightweight feel, reducing neck strain.
Superior Stability and Durability: Compared to EPP (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate), EPS foam is less prone to softening at high temperatures, exhibiting better heat resistance. It will not deform under prolonged exposure to sunlight or friction, maintaining its protective form for a long time.
In-mold Injection Molding Process: Utilizing advanced in-mold technology, the outer shell and inner liner are manufactured as a single unit. This process eliminates seams between the inner liner and the outer shell, preventing displacement or jamming of the inner liner and enhancing the overall structural strength.
Comfortable Wearing Experience: Although made of high-density material, it undergoes meticulous polishing and processing, resulting in a soft surface feel. Furthermore, the inner liner typically features a removable, washable face liner and ventilation holes, balancing comfort and hygiene.
